Venue & travel
WEBEL, Salt Lake Kolkata
The venue
WEBEL sits at the centre of Salt Lake Sector V — around 430 acres of technology campus, home to more than seventy IT companies. Holding the summit here puts the conference, the AI Challenge and the twelve-zone Expo inside the ecosystem they are about, rather than in a convention centre detached from it.
Hall allocation
Which halls carry which track, and the detailed floor plan for the Expo, follow closer to the summit alongside the full programme. What is fixed today is the venue, the city and the three dates.

Getting there
By Metro
Salt Lake Sector V is the terminus of the East–West Metro line, connecting straight through central Kolkata and across the river to Howrah.
By rail
Howrah and Sealdah are the two main terminals. Both connect to Sector V by metro, bus and taxi.
By air
Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport is the nearest airport, north-east of the city and a short drive from Salt Lake.
Around the precinct
Sector V is a dense, walkable technology district — app-based taxis, buses and autos all serve it heavily through the working day.

While you are in Kolkata

Victoria Memorial
The city's most photographed building, and the gardens around it, twenty minutes from the centre.

Durga Puja
Kolkata's defining festival, and a UNESCO-listed piece of intangible heritage. It falls after the summit, but the city builds toward it for months.
Access & assistance
If you need step-free routing, a sign-language interpreter, reserved seating, captioning or any other adjustment to take part, write to us well ahead of the summit and we will arrange what we can. Tell us what you need rather than what you think is available.
Accommodation — a warning
The summit does not appoint third-party housing agents. Book only through channels published on this website. If someone contacts you offering “official” summit accommodation, it is not official — report it to aranyajseed@gmail.com.
