What this site collects
Only what you choose to send. The interest and enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, category, and optionally a phone number, organisation and message. Submissions are delivered to the summit team by email via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as a delivery relay and is bound by its own privacy policy; we use what you send solely to answer you and to administer the summit. The “get in touch” links open your own email client or dialler. No analytics or advertising scripts are loaded, and no cookies are set.
What is stored on your device
Your interface preferences are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them between visits. They never leave your device and we cannot read them:
bas-theme— light or dark appearancebas-textsize— your chosen text sizebas-contrast— high-contrast modebas-locale— English or বাংলাbas-hero-motion— whether you paused the background animation
Clearing your browser's site data removes all of them, and the site works normally without them.
If you email or call us
Correspondence you send to aranyajseed@gmail.com or 8240331565 is held by ARANYAJ Society and used only to answer you and to administer the summit. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. You can ask at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — write to aranyajseed@gmail.com.
When registration opens
Registration is Step 2 on the road to the summit and does not exist yet. When it launches it will collect only what is needed to issue a pass and run the event, with explicit consent, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This page will be updated with the specific fields collected, the retention period and the grievance contact before any registration form goes live — not after.

Some pages link to institutions and national programmes outside this site. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else's website, under their privacy policy rather than ours.
